Kelab Bius KB in collaboration with National Regional SIG , Department of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care HRPZ II and 2nd NRAS 2020 team are proud to bring to you the upcoming 2nd National Regional Anaesthesia Symposium 2020. This symposium will be held at The Grand Renai Hotel and Hospital Raja Perempuan Zainab II, Kota Bharu from 16th until 18th of July.

It is our great hope that our gathering in this idyllic state of Kelantan will be beneficial to our knowledge and practice, as well as fostering a fruitful relationship between the practitioners of Anaesthesia and related field in fraternity of medicine. What is Anaesthesia?

 

Anaesthesia refers to the practice of administering medications either by injection or by inhalation (breathing in) that block the feeling of pain and other sensations, or that produce a deep state of unconsciousness that eliminates all sensations, which allows medical and surgical procedures to be undertaken without causing undue distress or discomfort.
